Luang Prabang is a special place.  There is just something about it - the people, the calm and peaceful environment, the food, the sense of community, the scenery.  It is easy to see why so many people come as tourists and never leave.  Three days wasn't enough, but three months might not have been either.

There are more bicycles than cars, which meant we felt comfortable riding our bikes around for the first time in Asia.  There are more spas and amazing restaurants than we could possibly take advantage of, but boy did we try.
