Sunrise at Angkor Wat was spectacular and it was the perfect start to our first day exploring the temples. We made it to five temples during the day, which meant sunrise with the group, back to the hotel for breakfast, and then back out for more until about 4:30PM. A very long day that had us moving pretty quickly, sweating a lot, and drinking as much water as possible in the 100 degree heat. Angkor Wat is one of those places that is even better than you imagined.
