Last year during Katie and Andrea's wedding week celebrations we visited Vecchio Mulino, a small enoteca in the little town of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana. The prosciutto is the stuff of dreams. Since leaving last year we had been talking about how much we wanted to go back. We made it back exactly a year after our first visit!
There is always the fear that a place won't be as good as you remember, but in Italy you don't have to worry about that! The food this year was even better than we remembered.
